Blimey that went quick.. Fairfield Enterprise is 5!

We’re proud to say over the last 5 years we’ve:

🚂 Travelled over 17,000 miles

🤝 Built partnerships with over 60 schools, colleges and charities in 14 cities.

🏫 Met in person to talk careers with over 11,000 16-18 year olds in schools in low income areas across the UK.

📈 Provided specialist 1-1 coaching to over 200 18-24 year olds, helping them to secure top roles at the best firms.

We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who has given up their time to work with our students, and the students themselves for their inexhaustible commitment to the process.

The results have been incredible.

Employers have seen first hand the workrate and determination shown by the young people when offered an opportunity. This evidence has proved the driving force behind the growth in support for Fairfield from across the finance industry.

But this is just the beginning.

We will continue to work to create opportunities for students from low income backgrounds to succeed in jobs that suit their capabilities and ambitions.
