Hannah is the Compliance Officer of Nesta Impact Investments, a company specialising in start-up/private equity investments in ‘social impact’ companies e.g. businesses which have a measurably positive impact on society and the environment.  She has worked in Financial Services Compliance for 20 years and has held roles at Credit Suisse, Aberdeen Asset Management and the Financial Conduct Authority.  She has broad knowledge of FCA requirements and European Legislation having worked as a Senior Compliance Consultant for over a decade.  During this time, she provided Compliance advice and assistance to the Senior Management of a variety of businesses including: fund managers, private equity, investment research and advisory firms.  Hannah is a Law graduate from the University of Warwick.

After graduating Havard Dr. Feng began his career with Goldman Sachs, working primarily in their private equity division (PIA). From there he joined $30bn Private Equity firm General Atlantic where he was made the firm’s youngest ever partner. He later co-founded Ocean Arete Ltd, which became one of Hong Kong’s first >$1bn macro hedge funds. Dr Feng holds a BA, MA and PhD from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Youssouf is a Principal in Energy Infrastructure group at Actis and is responsible for originating, executing and managing Energy Infrastructure investments in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Actis, Youssouf held short-term roles with the Project Development team in the Africa50 Infrastructure Fund and the Strategic Investments team in the Rwanda Development Board, while completing his graduate studies. Previous to that he worked as a management consultant specialising in M&A advisory at Accenture Consulting and Boston Consulting Group. Youssouf holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA/ID degree from Harvard Kennedy School, a B.S in Economics from Wharton and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
