Guidance
We hold events with expert speakers to increase commercial awareness and understanding of markets and industry themes. These mimic industry conferences and Fairfield covers event hire, food, drink and travel costs for Candidates attending from across the UK.

Coaching
We provide large scale coaching session to 16-18 year olds in careers fairs and group events and 1-1 coaching with specialist industry advisors for 18-24 year olds. These sessions are always carried out by finance professionals.

Travelling
During 2024/'25 Fairfield travelled over 17,000 miles to 15 towns & cities to meet with over 8,000 16-18 year old students. In 2026 with your support we aim to double the number of students and cover more rural and remote places across the UK.

Networking
All candidates receive access to the FE extended network of senior professionals and their firms. Networking is through both FE events and 1-1 personal introductions to individuals in the candidates specific area of interest.
