Initially each candidate spends a minimum of three 1-1 sessions with an FE trustee to identify career goals and ambitions. This will involve mapping out the finance industry in detail, including the pros and cons of each sector and possible roles within those sectors.
Each candidate receives a minimum of three 1-1 coaching sessions per month. All sessions are with senior professionals in the candidate’s field of interest and are hosted by an FE trustee to help ensure specific outcomes are achieved.
We have specialists from both the recruitment industry and internal talent acquisition who train and prepare candidates to secure jobs or placements. This process runs from writing covering letters through to preparation for psychometric tests, assessment days and job interviews.
All candidates receive access to the FE extended network of senior professionals and their firms. Networking is through both FE events and 1-1 personal introductions and involves highlighting opportunities for placements and jobs.
